How FunLac handles your personal data

This policy explains what personal data FunLac collects when you use this site, why we process it, who we share it with, and the rights you can exercise. It applies to funlac.tn and the forms it offers.

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through our forms. The contact form captures your name, email, and message. The reservation form captures your name, phone number, preferred date and time, party size, and any notes you add. We do not use advertising trackers and do not rely on third-party analytics.
Your data is used solely to respond to your requests, manage your reservations, and contact you regarding your visit when needed. It is never used for marketing prospection or profiling.
Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties. Only the FunLac team can access it. To operate this site we rely on two technical providers: Supabase (database hosting, servers in Europe) and Resend (notification emails to our team). These providers act as processors and do not use your data for any other purpose.
Messages received via the contact form are kept as long as they are relevant to our relationship with you, and at most three years. Reservations are kept for one year after the reservation date for administrative purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Under Tunisian law (Loi organique n° 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on personal data protection), you have rights of access, rectification, deletion, and objection to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via the Contact page. In case of unresolved disagreement, you may file with the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP).
This site uses a single technical cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your language preference (French, Arabic, or English). This cookie is not used for advertising or analytics tracking. You can delete it at any time via your browser settings.
